Why I choose ABM? 

First and foremost, I have no plan to take this strand because I am not very good at problem solving. I promised myself after we finished that I would select HUMSS since I want to be a military officer someday, but when the enrollment process began, I had no idea what I truly wanted to do during college. So, you know why I decided to take ABM strand after all?

         One of the most common human goals is to make money. We need to make money to survive in this world, thus as an ABM student, you will learn the fundamentals of making money at an early age. We will be armed with skills and knowledge as ABM students that will have an immediate influence on our present business or enterprise. 

Advantages of choosing  ABM 

One of the most important advantages of studying ABM is that it allows students to participate in job placements and professional projects. 

As an ABM student, you must learn to manage your time, have a high level of patience, and be able to concentrate and focus on your studies.  You may discover more about how to manage your own business and explore more about ABM.  You'll know what kind of business you're going to start and how you're going to run it.

ABM is concerned not only with how you will run your business, but also with the payments you will make, the dangers you will face in operating your business, and how to make your business profitable.

Disadvantaages of choosing ABM 

The disadvantage of being an ABM student is that it is not easy, especially if you don't like numbers,  because there are some disciplines that require a great deal of math calculations.  You may also believe that the ABM strand is difficult if it is not your passion. You may also believe that the strand is not interesting if you were forced to take it.

If you're used to doing easyworks, taking ABM strand will require a significant adjustment. It's not easy to study accounting and business management.  You'll have a deeper understanding of all company finance, economics, and marketing concepts. 

Being an ABM student is difficult because you will be exposed to the realities of life in the real world.  You will be prepared with skills and information that will have an immediate impact on your existing business or business idea as an ABM student.

You will be trained in practicing proper time management and develop many other skills that are going to be applicable for almost any career path that you choose to pursue.
